We understand that renting a property can be daunting and each Tenants experience will be different. Our aim is to ensure a smooth moving in process with our dedicated and experienced Property Managers.
Property Manager and Buildings Manager
Our experience Property Managers will help you through the letting process and will always be available to answer any queries. They will process all applications individually and understand that each Tenancy requirement will be different and will aim to accommodate to the best of their ability. If you have any questions you can contact them by email, phone or visit the office.
The process includes explanation of the letting stages, registration of the deposit with My Deposits (TDSL Scheme), co-ordinating any pre tenancy requirements (cleaning, furniture, decoration etc), overseeing general queries throughout the tenancy, check in and outs, deposit releases, rent chasing and much more.
Our Building manager will regularly inspect all properties making sure everything is in order, from the cleaning, to the entrance, post, refuse area etc. Inspections are carried out where you can meet and discuss any issues in the property.
We have our dedicated maintenance team who solely work for Gowerlane Group. They have the knowledge, experience and understanding of all our properties and will aim to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently, from general maintenance, boilers, mechanical and other skilled trades. All queries must be reported during office hours directly to the Property Managers and this is logged with the maintenance manager who will allocate the work accordingly between the team.
Out of Hours
We understand that certain issues can arise after office hours; therefore we have our on call 24 hours service which will direct your call to one of our maintenance team. This service is provided for emergency issues only i.e Leaks, no heating, no water, no electric.
