Gowerlane Group is a professional property management company with nearly 3 decades of experience serving tenants in North London and beyond. Since our establishment in 1994, we have built a reputation for professionalism and efficient service in the local rental market. We are proud to offer high-quality properties for rent, in a variety of neighborhoods and locations. In recent years, we have expanded our operations to include properties in other areas, such as Maidstone in Kent, allowing us to provide even more rental options for tenants.

24 Hour Maintenance

I really enjoy living/renting flat 114 in Brenchley House. The staff in the building is very professional, helpful and supportive. The building is always very clean. I love the big laundry machines in the basement, so easy to wash a lots of clothes at the same time. Flat 114 has a perfect location. It's very quiet and has a nice view to the park. The train station is literally just one minute from the building. The shopping street is right next to the building. It was not an easy decision to make to move out to be honest.
